Alles op zes kan met de juiste zorg twintig jaar of langer meegaan. Bij de behandeling van all on six en all on 4 tandheelkundige implantaten kan de patiënt de implantaten vele jaren zonder problemen gebruiken als hij de aanbevelingen van de arts opvolgt, de mondverzorging volledig en correct uitvoert en zich regelmatig laat controleren. Patiënten moeten 2-3 keer per jaar een tandheelkundige controle ondergaan. Regelmatige en correcte mond- en tandverzorging verlengt de levensduur van alle zes implantaattanden.
