Nee, de all-on-6 behandeling is niet pijnlijk. Tijdens de All On 6 implantaatbehandeling wordt plaatselijke verdoving toegepast, zodat de patiënt geen pijn voelt. Daarom voelt de patiënt geen pijn en pijn tijdens de chirurgische ingreep. Na de behandeling kan er echter milde pijn optreden. Voor deze pijnen kunnen door de tandarts aanbevolen pijnstillers worden gebruikt.
