Efter att patienten genomgått alla sex tandimplantatbehandlingar i Antalya, Turkiet, bör han lägga stor vikt vid mun- och tandhälsa. Tandimplantat måste rengöras och underhållas regelbundet och korrekt eftersom muntandvård och rengöring som inte görs korrekt och på ett ordnat sätt kan orsaka förlust av implantat. Att borsta tänderna i två minuter minst två gånger om dagen, använda ett antibakteriellt munvatten, använda tandtråd och en gränssnittsborste förlänger livslängden för all-on-sex-behandlingen. Det är också viktigt att undvika användning av cigaretter och sura drycker för implantatens livslängd.
