Mini-implant method in Antalya, Turkey:
If many years have passed since the tooth extraction, bone loss may have occurred because that area of the jawbone was not stimulated. Or, there are cases where advanced bone loss is experienced depending on the age or health status of the patient. In such cases, if the bone height is not appropriate, grafting (bone powder treatment) may be required. This prolongs the treatment time and increases the dental implant costs in Turkey.
The mini-implant method is usually done with short-sized implants for the teeth located in the back. This application offers the possibility of placing a dental implant without the need for any other treatment.
Implanted tooth will be placed is opened by cutting the flap (gingival lift operation) application in Antalya, Turkey. The screwed tooth is placed on the jawbone and sutured to the gum. After a week, when the healing process in the gums is completed, the stitches are removed.
After 6 months in the upper jaw and up to 3 months in the lower jaw, the dental implant adapts to the jawbone and permanent prostheses are placed and the implant treatment is completed.
